Another note posted here on our budget, but I won’t say anything more about that because lower taxes alone do not affect my trading decisions.
However, I have been reading about how the Russell 2000 index (US equivalent of the 2nd Board) usually leads the Dow during bull and bear phases (link here if you’re interested) and wondered whether it might apply to the KLSE.
